Confirmation by the Organizer will be sent along with the Proforma Invoice once the Contract Form is received.

- Additional Service Tax of 10.36 % is applicable as per the Government of India Rules
- Standard Shell Scheme:
- 9 m2 / 12 m2 would be provided with: 1 Table, 2 Chairs, 1 Waste Basket, 3 Spot Lights, Company Fascia, Wall to Wall Carpet, 1 Electrical Outlet (5A/220V)
- Multiple of 9 m2 would have proportionate amenities mentioned above
- Bare Space Scheme: Minimum 18 m2 need to be booked
- Booth would be constructed by the exhibitor at their own cost as per the guidelines of the exhibition which would be sent separately
